Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using MasterTrading.io ("the Platform," "we," "our," or "us"). The Platform is operated by Reignite Ventures LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number: 14288091, registered address: 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF).

By accessing or using MasterTrading, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Description of Service

MasterTrading provides emotional regulation techniques for traders, powered by artificial intelligence. It is a self-guided tool that uses bilateral stimulation and AI-powered reflection to help traders manage emotional responses during trading. The Platform includes:

• EMDR-inspired bilateral stimulation exercises
• Guided emotional processing sessions
• AI-powered coaching and personalised psychological insight generation
• Trading psychology journaling
• Cognitive distortion detection and assessment
• Session tracking and progress monitoring
• Trade recording, CSV import, and performance analytics
• Multi-account tracking and broker data management
• Popup and voice reminders

AI-powered analysis of your emotional and psychological data is fundamental to how MasterTrading works. It is not an optional add-on — it is the core of the service. MasterTrading does not provide therapy, clinical treatment, or professional psychological services of any kind.

What MasterTrading Is NOT

MasterTrading is not:

• Therapy, counselling, psychological treatment, or mental health care
• A diagnostic tool for mental illness, addiction, trauma, or any clinical condition
• A substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological services
• A treatment or intervention for depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, substance abuse, gambling addiction, or any other clinical condition
• Trading education, strategy, or financial advice
• A guarantee of trading performance or profitability
• Brokerage services, trade execution, or financial advice on specific instruments. Trade analytics are provided for informational purposes only — always verify your data against your broker statements.

If you are experiencing a mental health condition, addiction, or clinical psychological distress, you should seek help from a qualified professional. MasterTrading is not designed to address these needs and should not be used as a replacement for professional care.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years old
• Capable of forming a binding contract
• Not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws

3. Account Registration and Consent

To use MasterTrading, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may not share your account or allow others to access it.

Consent for Data Processing

During account creation, you will be asked to provide explicit consent for the processing of your emotional and psychological data, including AI-powered analysis. This consent is required under UK GDPR Article 9(2)(a) because of the sensitive nature of the data MasterTrading processes.

Because AI-powered analysis is the foundation of the MasterTrading service, this consent is required to create an account and use the platform. We are transparent about this: without processing your emotional and psychological data through AI, the service cannot deliver its core value.

You may withdraw your consent at any time via Settings → Privacy. As the service cannot function without this processing, consent withdrawal will result in the closure of your account and deletion of your data within 30 days. Full details are in our Privacy Policy .

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will automatically be charged for a monthly subscription.

Subscription Plans

MasterTrading operates on a subscription basis. Current pricing is available on our Pricing page .

Billing

• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled
• You authorise us to charge your payment method on file
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

Refunds

We offer a free trial to evaluate the Platform before payment. Once your paid subscription begins, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact hello@mastertrading.io with concerns.

5. AI-Powered Features and Automated Profiling

MasterTrading uses artificial intelligence to analyse your trading psychology data and generate personalised insights. By consenting to data processing at signup, you acknowledge that:

• AI outputs are generated automatically and are not reviewed by a human before being shown to you
• AI-generated insights are for informational and self-reflection purposes only — they are not clinical advice
• You may request human review of any AI-generated insight by contacting us
• You may withdraw consent at any time, which will result in account closure as AI processing is integral to the service

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MasterTrading only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform if you have a serious mental health condition requiring professional care
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the Platform
• Use the Platform for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Platform
• Interfere with other users' access to the Platform

7. User Content and Data

Any content you create on MasterTrading (session notes, journal entries, emotional data, etc.) remains yours. However:

• You grant us a licence to store, process, and analyse this content solely to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy
• We will never sell your personal data or session content to third parties
• Your data is shared only with the processors listed in our Privacy Policy, under signed Data Processing Agreements
• You are responsible for the content you create

You have the right to export or delete your data at any time. See Section 9 of our Privacy Policy for details on your data rights.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

IMPORTANT: MasterTrading is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do NOT warrant that:

• The Platform will meet your specific needs or expectations
• The Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Use of the Platform will result in improved trading performance
• The Platform will resolve emotional or psychological issues
• AI-generated insights will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose

Medical Disclaimer

MasterTrading is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. If you are experiencing mental health issues, suicidal thoughts, severe anxiety, depression, or trauma, please seek help from a licensed mental health professional immediately.

Trading Disclaimer

MasterTrading does not provide financial advice, trading signals, or strategies. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk management, and outcomes. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for trading losses or financial harm
• We are not liable for emotional distress or psychological harm
• We are not liable for any decisions you make based on AI-generated insights
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reignite Ventures LTD, its directors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the Platform or other users

Upon termination, your access will cease immediately. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the retention periods set out in our Privacy Policy . Personal data and special category data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings, or by withdrawing your consent to data processing. Both trigger the same data retention and deletion process.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or platform notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of MasterTrading after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@mastertrading.io to attempt to resolve the issue informally.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Reignite Ventures LTD regarding your use of MasterTrading.
